Event Tent Package

Each guest receives admission to our activity area, as well as a donut, a glass of cider and three apple cannon shots.

The event tent package includes a dedicated host to assist your group throughout the day and allows your group to book an outside food vendor if desired.

Your group must choose what time slot they would like to reserve based on our reservation availability. All time slots are 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is a $100 deposit required for this package.

Yes! Admission only discounted rates are available for groups. Reach out to our event coordinator for more details.

As the group leader, it is recommended that you arrive a little earlier than your guests. You will need to check-in inside the market with a staff member who will direct you to your rental space. After checking in with our staff inside the market, our team will introduce your host for the day and finalize any set up at your event tent. Our host will be available to hand out wristbands and apple cannon shot tickets to your guests as they arrive at your tent. We will also ensure donut and cider delivery at your requested time.

Instruct your guests to the large, white, event tent on the east side of the parking lot. There will be signage directing your guests to your designated areas as they drive into the farm. There will also be a sign welcoming your group at the entrance of your tent.

At the conclusion of your event, our team will determine the final balance based on the number of guests that attended. Our host will track the number of wristbands/apple cannon shots given out during your event. Any additional donuts, cider, etc. will also be added. Your deposit will be deducted from this total. This balance can be paid at the end of the event or invoiced afterwards, whichever you’d prefer.

Greenhouse rentals: Upon check-in, you will complete payment and receive all of the wristbands and apple cannon shot tickets for your group. It is your responsibility to distribute these to your guests. Our staff will deliver fresh donuts and cider to your greenhouse at your requested time.
Event Tent rentals: After checking in with our staff inside the market, our team will introduce your host for the day and finalize any set up at your event tent. Our host will be available to hand out wristbands and apple cannon shot tickets to your guests as they arrive at your tent. We will also ensure donut and cider delivery at your requested time.

Greenhouse rentals: Instruct your guests to the greenhouses directly across from the market. There will be a sign outside of your greenhouse identifying and welcoming your group.

Children under 36” receive free admission, so they will not cost the same as other guests. As with season pass holders, they do not need to pay for admission. If you would still like for them to receive the additional items in the package – donut, cider, apple cannon shots, they will be $3.00 per person. As these guests are not “paid” admissions, they do not count towards the minimum guest count.

The farm rarely closes due to bad weather. However, if there is severe weather and we close, you will receive your deposit back. If you choose to cancel your event, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel and the farm is still open, you will not receive your deposit back. Typically, if rain is passing through or there is a chill in the air, we are still open so bundle up! Give us a call if you are unsure.

There is a side parking lot that is directly next to the event tent access. Your guests are welcome to park here. Please DO NOT drive any vehicles into the fenced in tent area.

The Event Tent is yours for the entire day, regardless of your event start time. You can access the tent as soon as we open for the day (9am Mon-Sat, 10am Sun).

Our Event Tent Package is a great way to bring a large group out for a day on the farm. With this package your group will have a reserved private tent space for the day equipped with picnic tables and a host to ensure your event runs smoothly. Your group will also receive donuts, cider, admission to all activities, and tickets to enjoy the apple cannons.

Event Tent rentals: You are more than welcome to bring in outside catering! We are happy to provide recommendations to our favorite vendors if needed.

Season passes cover admission to the farm anytime during our fall season! Any guest who has a season pass will not have the same cost as other guests, as they do not need to pay for admission. For the additional items in the package – donut, cider, apple cannon shots, they will be $3.00 per person. As season pass holders count as paid admissions, these guests DO count towards the minimum guest count (20 people for the greenhouse package and 100 people for the event tent package).

You are welcome to bring minimal, temporary decorations that do not harm the greenhouses/tent. Please be aware that the walls of the greenhouses are plastic. Nothing may be affixed to the plastic in any way. Any damage to the structures may be charged to the customer.

No, outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
