Have questions about the farm? Chances are, you'll find the answer here. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to us using the Contact page.
Of course not! When you enter the farm, you’ll turn left and drive around the market to our main parking lot. You are more than welcome to park and walk to the market and take a look around or grab some donuts and cider and head out. On busy days, parking can be a bit overwhelming as we have 2 lots (sometime 3) that we park cars in and close off the parking directly in front of the market for our customers safety, so please know if you choose to come when it’s busy, you may have a bit of a walk to the market. We do have some 15 minute parking spots located up near the market for quick in/out trips. On weekday/nights, it’s less busy and we have plenty of parking available closer to the market.
We have one price admission for both adults and children. Children under 36” are free. Admission for both adults and children includes all of our activities in our family activity area we now call The Farmyard, our 5 acre corn maze, and a scenic wagon ride around the farm. Activities are open for both children AND adults to participate in and we would encourage everyone to make memories together by playing together at the farm! We hope that you will enjoy the many photo opportunities in both activity areas and around the farm, the corn maze, apple chute slide, petting farm, duck races, steer roping, grain train, pumpkin lane train, corn hole, pumpkin checkers, jumping pillows, various mazes, and the corn crib! The only activity with any restriction is our zip line which has a 200lb weight limit. Your wristband is good for the entire day, so if you want to leave and come back you can. Just be sure to keep your wristband on from that day.
Apple Cannon shots, Concession items, any market purchases including donuts, cider, and apples, Upick apple bags, UPick Pumpkins
We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and check at the farm. Don’t forget your ID as we will ask for it when you use your credit/debit card. Be sure to pre-purchase apple cannon shots in the market or at our admission sheds or online. If you want to feed the goats, bring some quarters, as we have quarter feeding dispensers. Goat feed cups are also available for purchase in the activity area on weekends.
We try and stay open if we can, but sometimes the weather is such that we need to close activities for the day. The best way to see if activities are open is to check our Facebook Page or call the farm at 269-629-4214
We have various types of terrain at the farm. Activity areas are located in grassy areas with a gravel path throughout. The parking lot is a mixture of grass and rocky gravel, we have asphalt millings lining some of our paths, the market is set on concrete and we also have a few concrete paths as well as some woodchips that you might be walking over. The corn maze is well packed down dirt but can get muddy and slick if it has been raining. The paths are wide enough for wheelchairs and strollers but it is not always smooth. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes when visiting the farm and bring your boots if it has been raining as it can get muddy on the farm! The farm also has wagons with wheelchair lifts if necessary to enjoy our scenic wagon ride. Be sure to let the tractor driver know if you need one of these and we will be happy to accommodate!
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs or pets at Gull Meadow Farms whether on a leash or in your arms. This is due to insurance and liability reasons. Only registered service dogs (which must be properly identified as such) are allowed. We also want you to know that there is not any shade in our parking lot, so having your pet stay in your vehicle is not a safe idea.
Since you’ll be on the farm, it’s best to leave the high heels and sandals at home. We suggest comfy shoes, and clothes to play in and that can get dirty (even for the grown ups!). If it’s going to be hot/sunny you may want to bring sunblock or a hat as our activity areas are in a very open grassy area with not a lot of shade.
Yes you may. Just be sure to keep your wristband on if you plan to return.
If your child attended a field trip at the farm, the wristband that was given to them will not allow them entrance during our activity hours that same day. Those wristbands are specific to field trips only.
You can fill out our lost and found form HERE.
We keep all lost and found items until 10 days after we close activities for the season (October 29th) and then we donate any items we can to a local charity organization.
We ask that if you need to smoke, you do so near your vehicle in the parking lot. We want everyone at the farm to enjoy their time in the fresh air as well as keep our petting farm friends safe. This also includes vaping.
Yes, our cider is UV pasteurized.
Yes! Our donuts are nut free, however, they are made in a kitchen that does bake with nuts. For more information, please feel free to call the farm or message us on Facebook.
Please see our photographer guidelines. Any additional questions, please email us at info@gullmeadowfarms.com or send us a message on Facebook.
NEW in 2023 are our public restrooms with flushable toilets! We are so excited to finally be able to offer this to our guests. The new restrooms are located in the big white building next to the market. We also have port-o-johns located in our activity area and around the farm if needed. These are serviced regularly. Handwashing stations are also available.
Here at Gull Meadow Farms we use a process called Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to determine when pesticides are used. The goal of this process is to apply pesticides as few times as possible while still protecting the crop. One of the major components of this technique is to monitor the orchard on a daily basis. This allows us to be more environmentally friendly as opposed to just applying on a schedule. We aim to be as responsible as possible and our guest’s safety is something we take very seriously.
We have concessions available on weekends with items such as personal pizzas, hot pretzels, cider slushees, lemonade, donut sundaes, and s’more kits. Don’t forget about our donuts and award-winning cider and many market goodies to enjoy as well! We ask that if you are bringing your own food, that you keep it in your vehicle and not bring it in to the market area or outdoor activity areas. We do have food trucks come on Saturday and Sundays during our fall season.
Tickets that are purchased online do not need to be printed out. You can show them on your mobile device when you get to the farm, or we can look you up in our system. Please follow the signs for where to redeem tickets as it varies depending on the day of the week/weekend.
At this time, we do not ship any items from our market. If you’d like some ideas on how to ship, please send us a message on Facebook and we can offer tips on how to safely ship apples and donuts to loved ones.
