Groups and Parties

• Greenhouse rentals: Outside food is not permitted on weekends, as our concessions are available. Ask our event coordinator about group pizza options! There are two exceptions to our greenhouse food policy. Birthday dessert is always welcome. You may bring in a cake or other simple dessert to celebrate the occasion. The other exception is that on weeknights (Monday-Thursday), you are welcome to bring in outside food as we do not have concessions open.
• Event Tent rentals: You are more than welcome to bring in outside catering! We are happy to provide recommendations to our favorite vendors if needed.

As the group leader, it is recommended that you arrive a little earlier than your guests. You will need to check-in inside the market with a staff member who will direct you to your rental space.

• Greenhouse rentals: Upon check-in, you will complete payment and receive all of the wristbands and apple cannon shot tickets for your group. It is your responsibility to distribute these to your guests. Our staff will deliver fresh donuts and cider to your greenhouse at your requested time.
• Event Tent rentals: After checking in with our staff inside the market, our team will introduce your host for the day and finalize any set up at your event tent. Our host will be available to hand out wristbands and apple cannon shot tickets to your guests as they arrive at your tent. We will also ensure donut and cider delivery at your requested time.

• Greenhouse rentals: Instruct your guests to the greenhouses directly across from the market. There will be a sign outside of your greenhouse identifying and welcoming your group.
• Event Tent rentals: Instruct your guests to the large, white, event tent on the east side of the parking lot. There will be signage directing your guests to your designated areas as they drive in to the farm. There will also be a sign welcoming your group at the entrance of your tent.<.li>

• Greenhouse rentals: Payment is due on the day of your event. Your deposit will be deducted from your total.
• Event Tent rentals: At the conclusion of your event, our team will determine the final balance based on the number of guests that attended. Our host will track the number of wristbands/apple cannon shots given out during your event. Any additional donuts, cider, etc. will also be added. Your deposit will be deducted from this total. This balance can be paid at the end of the event or invoiced afterwards, whichever you’d prefer.

• Greenhouse Rentals: The west end of our main parking lot is very close to the greenhouses. This is the closest you can park to the rental space. Please DO NOT park in front of the greenhouses, even if you are just unloading items. Carts are available for use if needed.
• Event Tent Rentals: There is a side parking lot that is directly next to the event tent access. Your guests are welcome to park here. Please DO NOT drive any vehicles into the fenced in tent area.

• Greenhouse Rentals: We cannot guarantee entry to the greenhouse prior to your scheduled time. There may be occasions where we do not have anyone booked in the timeslot ahead of you, in which case you may receive early access. Please ask our event coordinator if this may be possible.
• Event Tent Rentals: The Event Tent is yours for the entire day, regardless of your event start time. You can access the tent as soon as we open for the day (9am Mon-Sat, 10am Sun).
