Step into our cozy greenhouse, transformed into a Christmas wonderland with twinkling lights, cheerful music, and Santa’s helpers. Enjoy crafting reindeer food, mailing letters to Santa, and making magical memories together.
What to Expect
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly farm staff and checked in for your experience. Each participating child will receive a special bag filled with everything they’ll need for their visit.
During your time at the farm, your child will:
- Create a bag of Reindeer Food to sprinkle on Christmas Eve
- Mail their letter to Santa using our official North Pole stamp and mailbox
- Receive a take-home ornament craft
- Enjoy a personal visit with Santa, complete with a special treat from him!
- End the experience with our Walk Through the Lights, complete with donuts and hot chocolate
- Meet our friendly goats along the lighted path
And here’s where the real Christmas magic happens… 📬 A few days after your visit, your child will receive a personalized letter from Santa in the mail — a cherished keepsake that brings the magic right to your home.
Daytime & Evening Experiences
Daytime
Saturday and Sunday | 10 am-4:40 pm
Includes access to our light displays after your visit with Santa. The displays may not glow as brightly as the evening, but they’re still full of festive photo ops and goat visits!

Evening
Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday | 4:40 pm - close
Includes the full Dear Santa experience plus the Walk Through the Lights after dark. (Please note: Evening sessions are priced slightly higher.)

Important Notes
- Tickets are required for all attendees — space is limited to ensure each child enjoys an intimate and magical visit with Santa.
- Families and siblings are welcome to join during Santa visits; however, please remember that each participating child has a dedicated moment with Santa.
- Children under 36" are free, but if you’d like them to receive a letter from Santa, you’ll need to purchase a participating child ticket.
