Complete the form below to submit your greenhouse food contract. Our events team will follow up within one business day to confirm your booking and send your deposit invoice.

Final attendee counts and food selections may be adjusted up to 14 days before your event. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at that time.

Before you submit

All food service is buffet-style — no plated meal service. Linens, china, glassware, and flatware rentals are not included.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at least 14 days prior to your event to secure your catering order. This deposit applies to catering only and is separate from any event reservation deposit.

If your group cancels within 14 days of the scheduled event, the food deposit will be forfeited. If Gull Meadow Farms is required to close due to extreme weather, the food deposit will be fully refunded.

A dedicated event host will be available during your event to check in and assist.
